RICH and his Co-host Robert Benenati talk about what type of workouts they've done throughout their life to keep their waistline in check. Robert talks about how he concentrates a lot on what type of foods he eats, and just importantly what he doesn't eat. Rich discusses how for a long period of time he was very muscular with exception of his stomach, but as he aged he started to focus a lot more on his core area. They also discuss how to get down to the weight they truly desire and sustain it.
