This week we're talking about EXPECTATIONS! That’s right, we can get into suffering when we hold others to expectations of how they “ought to be.” As Anthony De Mello says, "Where there is love there are no demands, no expectations, no dependency.” There is freedom when we let go of others to make us happy (scratch that off the list!) and realize that our power to create and define our life is in our own capable hands.
