Are you constantly doubting yourself, yet somehow feel like you're underachieving? You feel like you can do better, but at the same time have zero confidence when it comes to fitness, health, mindset, or really just anything in general..

We've all been there at some point in our lives. It's a weird place to be. We know we can do better, but at the same time feel like there's no way we can be "like that." Whatever "that" is for you... great job with a big income, nice body, big house, fancy car, whatever it is.. guys, we have to understand that belief does not just happen out of the blue. You're not just going to wake up one day with all the confidence in the world, feeling like you can take on whatever comes your way. Confidence comes from consistent ACTION! If you're just sitting there watching the world go by, wishing you could be or have this or that, you will never be or have it! You don't have to start huge.. you just have to START! Little actions every single day that are going to help you move toward your goals. That's how you build confidence. One day at a time, one action at a time. Consistency + time = success. It's that simple. 

The lack of confidence you have in yourself stems from consistently NOT taking action. You don't believe you can do a specific thing because you have been sitting there just wishing you could have it. Wishing does nothing. Wishing without action is just thinking. 

If you want to build confidence in yourself, start working towards your goals. Expect hard days. Have a plan. Continue to work towards your goals every day and be patient.
