for all the women out there working hard
I see you, I feel you and keep going - because you're doing an amazing job
- the pursuit of perseverance  
- let's not follow others advice- but rather just hear and see their "options"
- let's make sure we look at leveling the playing field & support and hire more women who are working hard - especially marginalized women 
- hire new fresh faces; be kind to others
- uplift: rather than criticize 
- let's continue to be humbled by what we do 
- kaizen - continuously improving
- little by little you are making amazing progress-
know the right people at the right time will hear and see you
- so keep it going & take the high road, work with grace and your head held high  xx ck pass it on
