Here, she talks about how writing down goals combined with a 'Calendar Mapping' method have helped her to achieve them more frequently; the importance of having 'white space' in your calendar to think deeply about your goals - and make sure they are the right ones for you; and understanding the difference between keeping 'busy' versus having your day planned out with real intention.
