Today I chat with my coach Elly who has an awesome running journey to share! She runs through her typical training week during a track season, favourite/least favourite workouts, running in pregnancy. Elly also describes how to manage and coach athlete's from a recreational background and for those who are more seasoned athlete's. Thanks to Elly and the Development Squad coaches, I have gradually continue to develop my running and improve every session. Elly loves Harry Potter too!
