On this episode Ryan Marti and I discuss our recent trip to Northern NY to hunt the opening days of the muzzle loader season. We discuss the deer, and hunting but even more impactful to me was the stories and the experience. Ryan's family has hunted this same land for 5 generations. It is not a traditional "hunting camp" and yet the experiences were rich with all the lore, food, and tales one would expect from an Adirondack hunting trip (even though we weren't technically inside the Blue Line.
