Many people look at me and admire how bold I am in putting out all these videos, but I want to share a bit of the behind the scenes.

For some time, I was shy about making these karate related videos. I was the new kid at karate, and I felt a little awkward making these videos, so I would sneak over to the parking lot to shoot them.

Then, I saw that the dojo was sharing them, that they liked them. They appreciated that I was helping to share their brand, and they were excited about the way I was tying karate to the rest of life.

There was no reason to be shy.
