This week I'm recapping… well, not recapping, but definitely sharing how deleting my dating apps basically gave me back my brain (and my single-girl joy). From downloading, deleting, reinstalling, and deleting again (we've all been there), to finally just using them for fun and not as a part-time job — it's been freeing. I also chat about the clarity that comes when you step back, plus the very glamorous shoulder injury I managed to get… in my sleep. Because apparently even resting is dangerous now. Tune in for laughs, a little self-reflection, and a reminder that living your best single life should feel light, not like work.
