I’m extremely excited to welcome our today’s guest, Esther Dyson, who had been a huge influence in my life as I got into angel investing. Esther is the chairman of EDVenture Holdings and founder of Health Initiative Coordinating Council (HICCup), dedicated to fostering and measuring the impact of critical-density health programs. Its first project is the Way to Wellville, a five-year, five-metric challenge to five US communities to dramatically improve the health of their residents. Overall, Esther is fascinated by new business models, new technologies and new markets (both economic and political).
