Sometimes it gets way worse before it gets better, so if You are at a low be grateful that there are a lot of lessons to learn 'down there'. You shouldn't intentionally overuse a drug or substance to get there but if it happens be glad. The reason it hurts so much when You don't have control is because You let Yourself Down and that Sucks!!
