In part 2 Alex  shares his thoughts about the 1986 TDF and the La Vie Claire Hinault/LeMond drama, candid thoughts on PED's, state of cycling "unions", transitioning to retirement, his involvement with the Tour of Alberta and a recent battle with cancer.
