How was it that a small almost insignificant battle in a town in Mexcio is tide to the largest celebration of Mexican culture in the United States? In the first episode of the second season of The ESL Sessions, I discuss a brief in depth history if the Battle of Puebla on May 5th 1862 and its roll in the shaping of the future of the country. As well take a brief personal analysis of what the Celibration means to me and how the ones that don't know that it's not Mexico's independence day are affected by it.
