In our final episode of Series 1, we’re speaking to Cian O’Sullivan, who uses his experience as a careers advisor in his new podcast, that he presents and produces, called Graduate Compass. 

Graduate Compass is a careers education podcast for students and graduates who are struggling to decide on their career path. Cian interviews someone who took an usual career path, usually starting with doing a degree in one area before working in another.

In this episode, we natter to Cian about careers advice for graduates, whether failure is a concept in today’s society, how to be less of an internal critique in the media industry and self confidence.
