In this solo episode I discuss anger, what it is, how to manage it, how it's demonized and how to actually discharge it from your system Its actually a really important emotion and you need to have organic access to it because that's where your boundaries and self defences are! I love doing anger work with people when it's repressed in them because they get their POWER back.
I did forget to mention in the episode that form a Chinese Medicine POV anger is seen to be stored in the liver, so if you've got some liver issues you might want to do some inner work and see if you have some repressed anger somewhere!
