Aquil Abdullah has represented the United States at the World Championships and Olympic Games, highlighted by a 6th place finish in the 2004 Athens Games in the Men's Double Sculls along with partner Henry Nuzum.
Aquil was also the first male African-American to win USRowing Nationals, the Diamond Sculls event at the Royal Henley Regatta, and to represent the US at the World Championships and Olympics.
