Charles shares what has made him successful hunting public land in Missouri and how he has developed a system for scouting and getting on big bucks year after year. Charles breaks down his system for different times of year through preseason scouting, in season scouting and historical data to keep himself in the action. He shares lessons learned, where he has developed and a few exciting stories, including a giant velvet buck on the first day of  the 2023 season. Charles also shares his passion for educating other hunters and helping them to be more successful. Charles is the Founder of Learn, Gear, Hunt, an online resource to help other hunters to be successful on a limited budget, with limited time while managing family and other life responsibilities.

Charles is married with 2 young daughters, served in the Marine Corp, studied Fisheries and Wildlife at the University of Missouri, spent time working with Midway USA and is currently an Executive Minister.
