Hi, soul fam!

Lately, I've been having a hard time with depression and having a hard time emotionally. I have experienced depression and depressive episodes in the past and I wanted to show what has helped me through those tough times. 

My reason for starting this podcast was to be open and vulnerable with where I am in hopes to relate and help others going through something similar. In this episode, I talk all about depression, what it is, what it feels like, and how to help treat it and manage it! I also include some suggestions from my followers and I found so much insight personally from their responses.

I hope you enjoy this week's episode and find value in it. I linked some resources for any of you struggling with depression down below. You are NOT alone and there is support out there for you. Please reach out for help when you need it and remember this too shall pass.

REMEMBER: Depression does not define who you are or your character. You are so much more than what you are feeling. Feelings pass and feelings change. Give yourself some grace and compassion <3
