The Light Phone 3 is finally on its way, and I couldn’t be more excited. As I prepare to make the switch, I’ve been reflecting on why I’m doing this—why I want to step away from constant distractions and live more intentionally. In this episode, I share my thoughts on the pull of technology, the struggle to be present, and my hope that simplifying my phone will help me focus more on God and the people around me. As Jesus said, “My yoke is easy, and my burden is light” (Matthew 11:30)—maybe it’s time my phone was too.
