Hello Everyone! 

In this episode I did a quick recap of what I did over the summer hanging out with friends, meeting new people, and the craziest thing I've ever done. Well, it's crazy to me at least. With everything I experienced came a lesson learned and I tell you more about my thoughts after indulging in hookup culture, dating after a long-term relationship, and self-worth. Remember to always be safe and protect yourself if you are single and having fun! I'm so glad I'm able to share my stories and fun experiences with you guys on my podcast. Do what makes you happy and don't pay attention to what people have to say because they're going to say it anyway so you might as well do you! I have no regrets about this summer whatsoever, I'm happy that through it all I became a lot stronger and have learned so much from each experience.
