God heals in a lot of ways, through doctors, supernatural, and through Heaven which is not a cop-out its a place of real true healing.  God does not look at our life as a period attached to it, if you are a believer its a comma.  You may receive healing before the comma or after but in Gods' eyes we all get healing.
