I had lunch with Mr. Phillip Taylor, formerly of Fort Bend ISD (Assistant Fine Arts Director) and is now in Austin ISD as the Administrative Supervisor of Fine Arts. We had a great chat about classroom teachers, UIL, and his days as a varsity football player. Enjoy!
