Some of you got back to me saying it was a bit heavy to understand and you had to listen to it multiple times to understand it better. I agree that the concepts shared in that episode were a bit heavy to understand. But that’s life isn't it. Simple things in life often seem to be complicated.

As humans, it is your birth right to respect and value yourself for who you. Because, if you don't value yourself, no one else would. You humans have given a lot of importance to your status and title in the society. You have forgotten that everyone is equal. ~ TAO
