A work of Art!  Art the Clown is back to terrify us.  A modernized Freddy Krueger, but better.  Gore, Practical Effects, and a genuinely batshit crazy SOB antagonist.  This one has it all and embodies what horror is.  The low budget adds to the creepiness.  Please never sell the rights to Art, and please keep making these movies!!!
