Josiah Begay is a long time friend and fellow food-service industry veteran. He currently tends bar at the Texas Roadhouse and trains at Newborn Cascao Jiu Jitsu in Spokane.  We talked about all the obvious subjects but got there first through a discussion on personal life and growth.
