Tom is the Co-Founder of Sweethearts and Heroes where he uses his superpowers as a motivational speaker to educate society about the impact bullying has on all of our schools, neighborhoods, and individuals. Tom is also a retired professional mixed martial artist, on top of being an entrepreneur, public leader, a fantastic father of four, and most importantly a husband to his beautiful wife.
