Ian Watson has been dedicated to the field of wellbeing and personal transformation since 1988, beginning his journey as a teenager exploring the healing potential of herbs, flower essences, and homeopathy. After qualifying as a homeopath in 1988, he authored four books on the subject and was invited to teach internationally. In 1993, he co-founded The Lakeland College, offering professional training in homeopathy and related modalities, while also delivering seminars globally. In 2003, he shifted focus to emotional and psychological health, studying and practicing a wide range of techniques including Journey Process Work, Emotional Freedom Technique, Jungian psychology, and Family Constellations, among others. Ian's diverse expertise continues to support individuals in healing and transforming their lives.
