As 2024 approaches here are 24 thoughts I have about what athletes should do more of…

Happy holidays and enjoy the new year!  

  1. Sleep more

  2. Eat more food 

  3. Be consistent all year long with their training

  4. Lift heavy 

  5. Do actual conditioning

  6. Train athletic qualities 

  7. Go in the sauna 

  8. Do isometrics 

  9. Stop treating social media like a 3rd parent

  10. Think about life after the sport 

  11. Reflect about what makes them good at their sport can be utlized in the real world 

  12. Reflect more ingeneral 

  13. Be more accountable 

  14. Relax 

  15. Read more 

  16. Be more intentional about their training

  17. Have a sense of urgency 

  18. Stop saying IDK

  19. Learn how to listen

  20. Dont take things so personal

  21. Have more fun 

  22. Play more sports 

  23. Take cold showers 

  24. Take daily vitamins and minerals 

  25. Keep it going!
