Episode 80 dives deep with professional money managers, Julio Cacho, PH.D. and Juan Carlos Herrera, friends and co-founders of Quantor Capital LLC and Inscription Capital based in Houston, Texas. Julio holds a masters of finance and doctor of philosophy (Ph.D.) in Investment Portfolios from Princeton University and started out at Ziff Brothers Investments where he developed investment and hedging strategies as a quantitative researcher, and implemented risk management strategies. Juan Carlos on the other hand started his career in Madrid, working abroad for a boutique consulting firm before returning to Texas and starting his own quantitative Hedge Fund QL Capital Management. By 2015, these two met and joined forces in Texas to form Quantor Capital LLC and Inscription Capital and have been growing ever since.
