Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone, better known as Chaz, is an occupation in Seattle Washington. The Occupation has taken over “6 square blocks” of downtown Seattle and are claiming independence from the united states. They are practicing complete freedom, from food cost to anything else, and have given a list of demands that need to be met before they give up their current position, if they ever do. They are being secured by armed patrols, not police. It is a police free zone as of right now.
