Lee McKing is a certified Basic and Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistics Programming (NLP) as well as a certified Conversational Hypnotherapist and started his hypnotherapy practice in 2015. He has advanced his training to be a Certified Hypnosis Speaker and Presenter and has given talks and workshops at schools and in public.
McKing first used hypnosis to heal from his post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and depression, and since then, has been using his skill and knowledge to help people solve specific problems in the areas of anxiety, anger, phobias, and trauma.
Over the years, McKing has been interviewed and featured in various local media such as The New Paper, M Lifestyle, Shout, YP, Millennials of Singapore etc as well as on overseas media platforms such as The Art of Adventure podcast, and Valence Digital US Magazine.
