In today's episode, I chat with Paris Gadsden who is an original member from the MUAC Development Training Squad. Paris' running journey has progressed very well in the past few years especially most recently in the 800m at Vic Milers #1... Paris is also a nurse at the RM Hospital often working long shifts and treating many patients in different sectors. Nursing is an incredibly selfless role and it is amazing to learnt he amazing roles and patients Paris has dealt with! Thrifting is a passion of Paris' too, South Melbourne, or Fitzroy? There's a few cool places to visit during your summer holidays. Nike Dunks and professional Nike Aeroswifts are some of my treasures, the second kindly gifted by Paris. Two things I learnt from this chat is to be happy and healthy, simplicity can lead to great successes in life.
