Saying no can be very challenging and it\'s not as simple as saying \"no, I am not going to do this or that \'\', especially if it relates to being resourceful and getting the job done or responding to your leadership team or upline. Usually it\'s just \'easier\' to do tasks ourselves. That\'s why it is essential to delegate or upskill others. Or simply assess and say No. someone else and start saying \"No\" once a month, that\'s going to stack up and create significant wins for you.
