The documentary filmmaker AJ Schnack (“Caucus”, “Convention”) returns to the podcast. He has a new film, “Majority Rules”, about a new controversial election process called Ranked Voting. Alaska gears up to do something no other state has ever done: adopt a pair of election reforms that will eliminate traditional party primaries and allow voters to rank their candidates by preference. “Majority Rules” opens in NYC at the Village East Cinema on Friday, June 28th.
