Sean Bohrman and I went to college together in a small California town called Arcata. No, not Arcadia, that is in Los Angeles. Arcata at the very top of that state. We graduated from the Humboldt State University's School of Journalism in the early 2000's. We worked at the school paper, The Lumberjack. Where I contributed album review and music features and Sean madly penned manifestos. We had both long since decided what we wanted from life long before college, but to incubate and trip-out at Humboldt was a purely rad coincidence. Last time I saw him was 2012 SXSW and the last time I saw Lee, his partner in the Burger Records empire was at Third Man in Nashville with People's Temple. We recorded this at their awesome, brick and mortar store in Fullerton, California. It was fun and really made me miss California, because everyone was stoned and happy.
