In today's episode I have a conversation with the incredible Molly Fay.  Molly is the Co-Host of  TMJ4 The Morning Blend.  My path crossed with Molly last year, and we became fast friends.  Her story is inspiring, and she admits that she doesn't always have it all together, but she has learned over time to make herself a priority.  Molly shares her insight and wisdom in an episode you don't want to miss.  Being on TV comes with challenges, but when fear comes up, she gets out her toolkit for self-care which she will talk about in the episode.

Chicago native Molly Fay didn't expect to host a talk show. But the former investigative journalist, mother of three and self-described introvert, found herself doing just that eight years ago when WTMJ-4 launched "The Morning Blend," and she hasn't looked back.
