She is the Founder of Faith & Flyness, a fast-growing Christian events and lifestyle brand. This wife, mother, best-selling author and award-winning strategist spend her time working in the areas of public involvement, politics and small business under the banner of her God-inspired agency, Articulate Consulting. Most days you can find her drinking obnoxious amounts of coffee with a MacBook in her lap either making things or making things happen. In 2019, Charisma was named one of South Florida's Most Powerful Black Business Leaders by Legacy Magazine.

Charisma is a member of the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Women in Technology International, FemCity, and National Black Professional Lobbyists Association. She is the Chair of the FlyFaith Foundation and a founding board member of the National Black Business League. Charisma is wife to a superman and mother to three world changers.
