I had the chance to talk with Stacey Besch, a volunteer with Team Iowa, shares her insights and experiences in raising awareness about this pervasive problem. She explains how traffickers have evolved from primarily kidnapping victims to using manipulation tactics, especially targeting children and teenagers through online platforms and gaming apps.

Stacey highlights the importance of recognizing the signs of trafficking, such as tattoos or barcodes on victims, and the need for parents to monitor their children's online activities. She also emphasizes the role of pornography in fueling the demand for trafficking and the grooming of children through various media.
