Ep. 82- Let's Discuss a Problem/Solution Scripting Meditation Technique, and Idea Confidence

In Episode 82 of Idea Diary - Today, I talked about some new ideas in my head, so it’s a little bit of a ramble, but what’s new! 

This new problem solving technique worked for me recently having an issue with a friend, and I wanted to share it with you.

It has three steps.

  1. Write out a list of everything you are unhappy with at least two mornings in a row after sleeping on the problem.
  2. Write the best outcome or solution you really want from confronting the person, or talking out the problem.
  3. Spend a few days not worrying about the problem, and just think about how wonderful it would be if the solution was your reality.

    4. Taking a moment with these steps seemed to solve the problem on its own with almost no effort on my part. The person came to me within the week to talk about a totally different issue with someone else, and we got to have a nice conversation that included some of the issues that I wanted to discuss. I got my problem solved with ease without having to have harsh conversation about “problems,” it all just worked out itself with ease.
