Ep 82: Who Are You Becoming?

Listen Later

What if the moments that shape your life aren’t the big, obvious ones, but the small ones you almost miss?

It’s easy to assume we have more time: to speak, to act, and to be more fully ourselves. But in a world that keeps changing, those “later” moments don’t always come. And in the meantime, we are becoming someone through the choices we make – or avoid – in real time.

Just like a flowering cherry tree blooms and then quickly changes, there’s a quiet urgency to authenticity: finding your voice and showing up more honestly in the moments that are already passing.

This isn’t about dramatic change. It’s about small, everyday decisions – to speak, to participate, and to be a little more aligned with who you are.

Because authenticity isn’t something we arrive at someday. It’s something we practice … or postpone … moment by moment.
