On this weeks episode I sit down with Highwind, a pop/rock duo from New Jersey. We start out talking about how the Highwind started as a solo project that Chris had started and the evolution of the project with adding the Dan into the mix. The three of us talk the evolution of the project, starting out as a pop punk band and transforming into the pop/rock sound that they have now. We then dive into the two singles that they put out to prepare for this new album. "Fine For You" stems from the feelings of not being good enough or adequate enough, while "Sugar" is on the other end of the spectrum and is about leaving someone for your better well being. "Sugar" is also an ass throwing banger.
