The Sales and Catering Team is charged with generating revenue for the hotel. We share the sleeping rooms and the event space. When a business opportunity comes across our desk the goal is to qualify it and eventually convert it to a definite booking. It's important that we communicate with our team members and be honest with our clients. When clients tell us that they need set up at 6pm and there is an event in session until 6pm, it takes teamwork and partnership to make it work.
