Today's episode is something I love talking about, it is also the question I usually start my interviews with. As the title says, comfort zone. It takes a bit of time to understand what that is for you, and because of the crisis we are going through right now, you might discover your comfort zone is not what you thought it is. A lot of us are challenged to face our own demons, being stuck at home and needing to readjust to a world that does not make sense.
