There are some obvious forms of self-sabotage, such as procrastination. But are you aware of the not so obvious ways that you do it?

 

In this episode, I’ll help you become aware of a few less obvious forms of self-sabotage, so you can learn to get out of your own way and become more consistent in reaching your goals.
