I used to think that in order to feel confident, I would have to be good at something.

(But that's only one version of confidence). 

Today we are talking about an entirely different form of confidence that is more lasting and more true,  whether or not we are good at something.

It's not about skills or talents or achievement. 

The confidence we are talking about comes from being willing to feel, willing to experience what life has to offer, and understanding that our value is never actually in question.
