Today I talk with Jennifer of Jennifer Smith Design about how she approached projects before working with me. Clients would come to her with a budget in mind and would dutifully work within that. But, after being coached through how to respectfully present what she felt was the RIGHT solution (as opposed to what fit into the budget), she found that her clients were THRILLED with the results! Jennifer now feels freer to propose her best recommendations and empower the clients to have all the information for the most informed decisions.
