His organization consists of a variety of programs with missions that include tackling the vacant home epidemic plaguing the St. Louis region. They achieve this by employing local minority youth and contractors to undertake large-scale community-led development projects. This not only puts money and equity back into the pockets of people within the community but also creates workforce development opportunities and helps scale minority-owned contracting businesses.
