Jess is a design & creative leader, designer, manager, ideas person with 18+ years of experience helping brands tell their stories in differentiated and breakthrough ways.

You may know her because she was the director of Brand Design & Creative at ​Webflow​ - she scaled Brand Studio team from 8 to 18 in under two years.

She’s worked at Twitter, Cloudflare, Mural, Webflow and her ideas and leadership have influenced many tools and products you use today which is wild.

And she’s just launched a podcast called Ladies Who Create with ​Liz Meyer ​which is excellent with guests such as ​Grace Walker​, ​Jessica Strelioff​ & ​Danielle LaRoy​ and ​Steph Jeong​

Basically, she’s a big deal.

The failures we discuss are:

1) Desiring to be liked by everyone as a manager early on
