Soren & Amir met as 13 year olds during secondary school in West London and instantly became best friends. They began making short films together every weekend, entering them into festivals and competitions, leading them to their first funded film 'A Girls Void' with Channel 4: Random Acts when they were 16.

When they finished Sixth Form, they postponed dreams of film school to take a gap year and dived into the field of music videos under the name 'bedroom'. Their first big project was directing videos for Soren's girlfriend Bea, otherwise known as Beabadoobee, and their uniquely close relationship allowed for a flood of creative collaboration that has continued to this day.

For the past two years since they left school, they have directed videos for The 1975, Sports Team, Biig Piig and just recently finished a trilogy of narrative music videos set in Norway for Boy Pablo.
