Phase 1: gaining the awareness of how we are creating our feelings (this is usually a tough pill to swallow, and a lot of the time we don't ever swallow it.

Phase 2: shifting our thoughts to something more useful and empowering (which generally feels more loving and kind and compassionate). This step will always be fake if we haven't fully gone through Phase 1.

Phase 3: showing up in a new way (in alignment with who you really want to be)
